Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
If the return is due to customer preference, such as ordering the wrong size, color, or changing your mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is caused by our error, including damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
